1.Why there are different styles of couplers, lamps in your photos?
Regulations of trailers are different in different areas in the world, so the styles of equipments are different. We will supply you suitable style of equipments according to your regulations. If you have any special requirements in regard to equipments, it’s also available.
2.Do these trailers have any certificates?
Certificates of trailers are different in different areas in the world, and we have a lot of models. If we send these models to different area to apply for certificates, it will cost us a lot. We don’t have any certificates for entire trailers, but we can offer these models according to the regulations in your country.
The equipments such as couplers, lamps, tires have DOT, CE, Emark and other certificates. It will be helpful for you to apply for certificates of the entire trailers in your country.
3.What’s the minimum order quantity?
A 20’GP container of trailers. It’s available for you to order several models, but the quantity of each model is at least 5 sets.
4. What’s the packing and condition in container?
Trailers will be in disassembled condition in container. It’s good for making maximal use of space, good for saving freight cost for you.
Some small parts such as coupler, lamp, and winch will be packed in carton box. Some large parts such as chassis, tow bar will be packed by intertexture.
5. How to calculate loading quantity?
Please let us know supposed models and approx quantity of each model you’d like to order, and we will calculate what size of container is suitable and exact quantity.
6. Is it OK to order a sample to check the quality before placing a large quantity order?
Yes, it’s OK. But you need to pay extra 10% as sample charge, and some other relevant charge of the sample, such as freight charge, export charge and so on.
7. What’s the payment term?
We prefer T/T: 30% deposit before production, and 70% remainder payment after shipment. (If you order a sample, we’d like to receive full payment before production.)
Letter of Credit is also available.
8. What’s the delivery time?
It depends on the models and quantity in your order. Usually it’s approx 30~60 days.
9. How to assemble the trailer when we receive them?
We will supply a sketch and a parts list to you. 2 workers can finish assembling 1 set of trailer within 1 hour. (It takes longer time when they do it for the first time, maybe 2~3 hours.)
10.What’s the guarantee period？
It’s different of environments, road situation, and application situation in different countries in the world, so the service life of trailer is different. If there are some issues resulting from our faults (incompetent raw material, inferior technology, etc.) happens within 12 months after shipment, we will supply you substituted parts in your next order.
